GUEST GUIDELINES FOR A RESPECTFUL STAY
Villa House Rules
Clear, guest-friendly guidelines for a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay at Green Vista Resorts.
Guest Acknowledgement: The lead guest must ensure all group members and approved day visitors understand and abide by these House Rules throughout their stay.
3.1 Registered Guests & Visitor Policy
- Overnight Occupancy: Only registered guests confirmed in the booking (max 9 guests) may stay overnight.
- Day Visitors: Visitors require prior approval from property management, must provide valid government photo ID upon arrival, and must depart by 10:00 PM IST.
- Security Devices: Access keys, gate codes, or security pins must not be shared with unregistered persons.
3.2 Check-in & Check-out Procedures
- Check-in: 2:00 PM IST onwards. Government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence) is mandatory for all adult guests.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM IST. Please return keys to the resident caretaker, switch off ACs/lights, and ensure windows are closed.
3.3 Strictly Smoke-Free Indoor Environment
- Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and hookah are strictly forbidden inside bedrooms, living room, dining room, and bathrooms.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor garden areas. Ash and cigarette ends must be safely disposed of in provided ash trays.
- A mandatory deep-cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged for any indoor smoking violation.
3.4 Swimming Pool Access (24/7 Available)
- Registered guests enjoy 24-hour access to the private covered swimming pool.
- No Lifeguard on Duty: Guests use the pool at their own risk. Minors and non-swimmers require active adult supervision at all times.

3.5 Quiet Hours & Neighbourhood Courtesy
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST. Please keep outdoor voices, TV volume, and background music low during quiet hours.
- No Loud Parties / DJs: Commercial events, loud speakers, DJs, or high-decibel parties are strictly prohibited without prior written permit.
3.6 Kitchen & Dining Guidelines
- Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cookware).
- Never leave active cooking, flames, or gas appliances unattended. Clean spills promptly and dispose of food waste in designated bins.
3.7 Parking & Security
- Complimentary gated parking is available on-site. Please park only in designated driveway spaces and avoid blocking main access gates.
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. The management is not responsible for lost un-secured personal valuables.
