Private Swimming Pool Rules & Guidelines

This is a private villa swimming pool without a certified lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.

• Children & Non-Swimmers: Minors (under age 16) and weak swimmers must be continuously supervised within arm's reach by a responsible adult at all times.
• Flotation Aids: Pool toys and inflatable armbands are helpful but do not replace active adult supervision.

For safety and injury prevention, the following activities are strictly forbidden in and around the pool deck:

• NO Diving or Jumping: Shallow step entry area; diving may cause serious injury.
• NO Running or Rough Play: Wet granite surround surfaces can be slippery.
• NO Glassware or Sharp Items: Only plastic or acrylic cups are permitted near the pool.
• NO Electrical Appliances: Keep electronic devices, cords, or speakers at a safe distance.

Guest safety is paramount during adverse weather or impairment:

• Impairment Notice: Never enter the swimming pool while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing medication.
• Lightning & Storms: Exit the water immediately during thunderstorms, heavy rain, or lightning strikes.
• Maintenance Closures: Do not use the pool when cleaning, water filtration, or chemical treatment notices are posted.

To maintain pristine water filtration and crystal-clear clarity:

• Mandatory Shower: All guests must shower at the poolside or bathroom shower before swimming.
• Proper Swimwear: Swimwear made of nylon/spandex is required. Regular cotton clothes, jeans, or street wear are prohibited.
• No Contaminants: Keep hair oils, soaps, body paints, colors, food, or drinks out of the pool water.
